Credit Summaries are due for the period 1 Jan 2016 to 31 Dec 2018.

A non-refundable fee applies. Payment can be made online upon registration.

The Credit Summary Worksheet can be downloaded from the registration form. Instructions for completion and submission are listed at the bottom of the document.

Fees and/or Credit Summaries not received prior to 1 April 2019 can result in the loss of the CRPA(R) designation, however Recognition Status will be maintained if CRPA membership dues are kept current.
